Our medium cakes are perfect for a small get together of 3-4 friends. The cake features caramelized edges for a savory brownie like crunch and a soft center for a delightful balance of flavors. Personalize your order by selecting the topping you'd like on your cake. Cake weights will range from 11.7-12.3oz based on topping selected. All cakes contain eggs, nuts, wheat and soy. Toffee and Chocolate toppings may contain dairy. Shelf Life & Storage Cakes ship frozen and arrive thawed. As a Non-TCS product, they are shelf-stable at ambient temperature. • Small cakes: up to 31 days • Medium & Large: up to 35 days You may refreeze for up to 12 months, sell frozen, or stock ambient as needed.

Texas Pecan Cakes- they are so freaking good! They are staple here in Bertram, Tx- they used be sold across the street from us, so we are trying to bring them back to offer to the community... everyone knows about the pecan cakes. Try them in your shop! They are amazing. I'm looking forward to when they bring the gluten free variety back.
