My order was held up somewhere (not the company's fault) and Ben responded to my message very quickly and I received my order shortly after. It came in a nice display basket with a detailed sign on it which was a huge bonus! So far loving this company and excited to work with them! I went with them because they are Fairtrade and will stay with them because of the quality and customer service!
