The traditional way of making Canadian maple taffy is to take heated maple syrup and pour it on a layer of snow which rapidly cools the syrup and thickens it. We blend black tea with real dehydrated maple syrup, cinnamon, and popcorn to make Maple Taffy tea a real treat.
