I initially hesitated on ordering from this company because of the reviews concerning the packaging. I am glad that I finally went ahead and placed an order because I really do love the items I received. I definitely agree that packaging does need some changes. I love the overall aesthetic of the packaging (even the heart shaped bubble wrap), but it is difficult to sell an item if customers can’t easily tell what it is. Hopefully, this will be resolved in time bc the products are so fun.

Love their products but packaging is horrible for my brick and mortar store. They place stickers over the product so customers can’t even see the products. I don’t understand why they think this is a good idea. We will see if I order again because it is a lot of work and money to repackage everything.
