I was really excited for the crochet kits. Unfortunately, a customer purchased two of them and found that the video step by step instructions were missing steps, the videos were recently uploaded, some videos as early as a week so this is clearly a brand new product on the market and maybe the kinks haven't been worked out yet, but I can't sell a product I don't feel confident about to my customers.
