Placed the same order 3 times and still do not have it months later, and I pre sold to customers, after Spongelle said it was shipping, but I never received the order, I choose a replacement scent Spongelle said was in stock again order cancel never received it is to bad because it is a great product IF YOU CAN GET IT

AGAIN. Not all items were received in the replacement order. Only (3)three blackberry diffuser sets and (1)one tester were in the order. I'm very disappointed. These products were for an event April 6th and Mother's Day promo. My invoices show the missing items (Coconut Glove, Coconut Buffer, White travel cases) delivered. THEY WERE NOT.
