I would definitely steer clear of a brand that uses AI as their product photos. While some of the photos look quite enchanting, the simplest samples photo proved to be incredibly fake. I received a box of candles that all smell the same. I can really only explain them as candles you would buy off of Temu. I’m incredibly disappointed because it would’ve been great if the photos were actual reality.

Some of our promotional images are created or enhanced digitally to illustrate the artistic concept, atmosphere, and finished vision of our products. They are intended as artistic representations and are not meant to mislead customers into believing that every promotional image is an untouched photograph of a finished product. We understand that this distinction may not have been clear enough, and we will review how we present those images so expectations are completely transparent. Regarding the candles you received, we take your comments about the fragrances very seriously. Our candles are made with individual fragrance formulations. Fragrance perception can also vary significantly from person to person. We also disagree with the comparison to inexpensive mass-produced candles. This order brought the issue to our attention that Shopify was not syncing the updated product images correctly, which resulted in the incorrect photos being displayed. As soon as the issue was identified, the retailer received a full refund and was offered a replacement product featuring the correct images. as it is the retailer was refunded and kept the candles even though they were the wrong ones as stated, I never saw pictures showing they were the wrong ones, when asked, retailer said they were boxed up, if they were the wrong ones, why keep them as they were not returned. Faire was notified and orders were canceled, they did a bulk cancel for me, as I did not wish this to happen twice, —Ember and Earth • Jul 28, 2026
