Thank you for your review, I will take this into consideration, and view it as an opportunity to do better and use a different carrier as well.This order brought the issue to our attention that Shopify was not syncing the updated product images correctly, which resulted in the incorrect photos being displayed. As soon as the issue was identified, the retailer received a full refund and was offered a replacement product featuring the correct images. as it is the retailer was refunded and kept the candles even though they were the wrong ones as stated, I never saw pictures showing they were the wrong ones —Ember and Earth • Jul 26, 2026
