Several items were damaged. The order was split into 4 "deliveries" but they were all ordered together and delivered together, not sure why do it that way other than to create confusion. They cancelled all of our chocolate, maybe not offer those if they can't ship. They took a hold amount for the entire order then made several charges for each delivery. We still have NOT seen the original amount credited back. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE, email or texting with AI is NOT the same thing.

Unsealed containers (no bands) is a disappointment since they are then not tamper resistant.

all containers are not very good when shipped they have cracks dents which then makes them not sellable
