DO NOT APPLY HEAT DIRECTLY. 3. Iron over patch, applying pressure, on high (approx. 150) for about 30 seconds without steam. 4. Iron inside of garment underneath patch for 30 seconds *Repeat as necessary Professional Heat press temp is about 320 degrees, but temperature could vary by machine.
