This fish stock is ideal for conjuring up hearty fish ragouts and fish soups. Best suited for a delicious bouillabaisse marseillaise (the real bouillabaise) or the rich Italian fish soup with all kinds of herbs and lots of garlic. The high percentage of extracts (16%) gives soup or ragout the right taste. But be careful! The fund is very intensive. Type of preparation: Stir the required amount of paste into cold or boiling water. Bring to a boil and/or keep boiling. Refine with wine, herbs and spices as desired. Bring to the boil for 5 minutes.
