The beef stock paste is made in the traditional French way with meat, fresh vegetables and beef bones by careful cooking and contains more than 17% beef extracts. The vegetables used consist mainly of tomatoes, onions and garlic. Our beef stock or beef broth has nothing in common with the broths in glasses that are available in retail stores. A good beef stock is characterized by the high concentration of beef extracts, which are produced by constantly reducing the amount of meat broth added.
