The dough(s) had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it unsuitable for use. The smell was so pungent from the pumpkin pie scent specifically, it made myself, employees, and customers gag. We also found a hair right on top as soon as we opened one package. We take pride in offering only the best for our customers, and this product isn't it. What’s even more disappointing is the response from the brand. Despite explaining the issues, they refused to issue a refund. Cannot sell these in our store.

Such a great line of products, and we especially love the scents and how well they last! Because they're packaged in a resealable bag, you can squeeze out all the air before stowing away, so they last longer than the playdough that comes in jars/pots. Customers love them, they display well in our shop, and the turnaround is so quick. Highly recommend!
