Jun is a special kind of fermented tea! It's full of probiotics just like kombucha, but it is brewed with honey instead of sugar and specifically with green teas. It has a unique dry and bright flavor profile that we find lovely. It's delicious with our Jasmine, Strawberry, or Coconut green teas and typically brews noticeably faster than kombucha. 8.8 oz live SCOBY with starter liquid for brewing up to one gallon. Shelf stable** Packaged by hand in our dedicated facility in the Pacific Northwest. All of our production is licensed by the Washington Department of Agriculture and the FDA. We care about safety above all else. ** Shelf stable at room temperature for 1 year from packaging date and usually viable well beyond that. It is a living culture - we believe SCOBYs will start to look a little intimidating by month 8 or 9 for customers new to brewing, so you may want to take that into account depending on your customer base.
