Our SCOBYs are the heart and soul of our business and we make them with care by hand and guarantee your customers will have success brewing kombucha at home! This is our live kombucha SCOBY with extra strong starter culture. This is the perfect amount of SCOBY and starter to quickly ferment up and make one gallon of kombucha. Beyond that, with a little care, your kombucha SCOBY can be reused any number of times! ** Our SCOBYs are shelf stable at room temperature for 1 year from packaging date and usually viable well beyond that. It is a living culture - we believe SCOBYs will start to look a little intimidating by month 8 or 9 for customers new to brewing, so you may want to take that into account depending on your customer base. Packaged by hand in our dedicated facility in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. All of our production is licensed by the Washington Department of Agriculture and the FDA.
