This kit is sized to brew one gallon of classic kombucha, but, with a little care, your kombucha SCOBY can be reused any number of times!   ** Our SCOBYs are shelf stable at room temperature for 1 year from packaging date and usually viable well beyond that. It is a living culture - we believe SCOBYs will start to look a little intimidating by month 8 or 9 for customers new to brewing, so you may want to take that into account depending on your customer base.
