This delightful confection has George Dickel Barrel Select® Tennessee Whiskey in our delightfully smooth traditional brown sugar English Toffee layer, covered in smooth couverture-grade Belgian white (28%) chocolate and topped with crushed brown sugar rock crystals. __ Understanding "English Toffee" vs American "Toffee" English Toffee dates to the early 1800's and consists of brown sugar and butter in a caramelized form. American Toffee is generally harder, as it's made with granulated white sugar (e.g. Almond Roca®, Heath Bar®) usually cooked with nuts and rolled in chocolate. This is actually what the Brits would call "Buttercrunch"...introduced by English immigrant William Loft in New York City in 1860 (thus the misnomer). As such, most "toffee" available in the USA isn't traditional English Toffee. We pride ourselves on being one of the VERY few companies in America producing a true traditional English Toffee.

LH has been doing business with Robinson prior to me taking over. I love this company. Their product is the best! I love the fact that I can bring in different flavors, experiment with my customers taste buds! The smooth PB has been a huge hit and have a bunch of smooth PB junkies on my hands now, needing a fix (thanks guys)! We love you here in Sandpoint! Don't go changing!
