Tatanoso is a blend of oils made from Frantoio, Nociara, Cellina di Nardò, Ogliarola di Lecce and Cornulara olives. At the sight it is pale green with golden reflections, clear. On the palate it has a vegetal artichoke taste and a good fluidity and harmony of bitter and spicy notes, always well dosed, introduced by an initial sweet note.
