Pedro Ximenez wine adds a touch of sweetness and a rich full flavor to this sherry vinegar from the region of Jerez. This vinegar is made in the time honored aging and blending process, ensures quality and consistency from year to year. To gain the reserva distinction, the vinegars must be aged in oak casks for at least 2 years. A perfect ingredient for seasoning, marinades and sauce reductions.

The sauces should have been package with dividers between the jars because they are glass made and with any bad hit they are going to crash and they are going to break, so that’s what happened with one of the alioli sauce box, came completely crashed
