100% made in Puglia, Italy, by a family-run organic farm CHARACTERISTICS Natural almonds without shells and without brown skin, selected and packaged by hand. The almond varieties in the packages are typical of Puglia: Genco and Filippo Cea. The packages are 100% biodegradable and compostable, therefore plastic-free. It is recommended to handle them with care. HOW TO USE THEM Naturally as a snack, in salads and as an aperitif, for breakfast, in desserts, for crunchy breads of fish, meat and vegetables. STORAGE METHODS We suggest storing the almonds in a glass container with an airtight seal. From June to August, storage in the refrigerator is recommended. Natural, untreated almonds at high temperatures can manifest the phenomenon of food moths.
