The almond varieties in the packages are typical of Puglia: Genco and Filippo Cea. The packages (250g, 500g, 1kg) are 100% biodegradable and compostable, therefore plastic-free. It is recommended to handle them with care. The packaging of the 4kg bag is made of paper. HOW TO USE THEM Naturally as a snack, in salads and as an aperitif, for breakfast, in desserts, for crunchy breads of fish, meat and vegetables. STORAGE METHODS We suggest storing the almonds in a glass container with an airtight seal. From June to August, storage in the refrigerator is recommended. Natural, untreated almonds at high temperatures can manifest the phenomenon of food moths.
