2025 harvest. Our picual orchards are just across the road and border the séka hills olive mill and tasting room. These estate olives were harvested and delivered immediately to our world-class Alpha Laval Mill. Picual, is the most widely planted olive in Spain and in California is rapidly becoming known as distinctive, nuanced oil with its classic tomato leaf aroma. This is a gentle oil with herbaceous character and tones of green almond. Use on salads, vegetables, fish and grilled chicken. Profile olive variety: picual intensity: medium flavor: with tomato leaf aroma followed by flavors of apple, green banana and herbs harvest date: October/November 2025 region: capay valley grown, milled and bottled: Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation.
