The wild blackberries of this jam are the spontaneous ones, painstakingly harvested by hand at the highest altitudes of the volcano, in places far from traffic and human presence. They are processed in combination with the best Calabrian licorice root, of indisputable quality. a recall for licorice, whose flavor lingers long after passing.
