Each tube contains 20 Seedballs which will cover 1 square metre in a garden bed or 3-5 medium sized pots (leave at least 10cm between each ball). Best scattered from the beginning of Autumn through to the end of Spring. Each pack of 21 is supplied in a shelf-ready display box: 5 x Red Campion 4 x Cornflower 4 x Poppy 4 x Oxeye Daisy 4 x Forget-Me-Not Each ball contains between 10 and 100 seeds per ball depending on the variety, and all seeds are sourced in the UK and can be found on the RHS 'Plants for Pollinators' List. We make the seed balls ourselves from our HQ in North London - from a mixture of UK native wildflower seeds, clay, peat-free compost and chilli powder. The clay protects the seeds from wildlife, and once water has permeated the clay, the seeds inside will germinate, helped along by nutrients and minerals contained within the ball. To use simply scatter on top of soil in a garden bed or pot, water well, and nature will do the rest. No need to be a gardening expert. These make for lovely gardening gifts, bee gifts or eco friendly stocking fillers, and will work well in window boxes, balcony pots, garden beds and wildlife gardens.
