We create the wooden cutouts in-house in our small, woman owned and operated business in rural Oregon. Each kit contains everything your customers need to create their own colorful garlands: * Wooden cutouts (range between 2 ½” - 3 ½” tall, depending on the design) * Felt balls made with 100% New Zealand wool * Instructions * String * Needle * Set of Paint Markers in Maroon, Mauve, Gold, Dark Green + White Our DIY Garlands are a bestseller in our local retail store.
