I really liked the brand and everything I ordered the quality and concept are great. My only suggestion is around the first order experience. My other first orders from similar brands were packaged nicely to reflect the brand, sometimes even with a handwritten thank-you note. That's not necessary, but packaging the first order in a way that reflects the brand's colors or aesthetic would make a much stronger first impression.

Love these items, and so do my customers! But one piece of feedback - I ordered the Indiana State embroidery kit and found the label on the product quite confusing. The state highlighted is not Indiana. There is a small image of the Indiana product in the corner, but if a customer is scanning my booth, they might miss it and think it was for a different state. If possible, I would recommend making the kit labels highlight the enclosed state.
