Love these items, and so do my customers! But one piece of feedback - I ordered the Indiana State embroidery kit and found the label on the product quite confusing. The state highlighted is not Indiana. There is a small image of the Indiana product in the corner, but if a customer is scanning my booth, they might miss it and think it was for a different state. If possible, I would recommend making the kit labels highlight the enclosed state.

Customer service was amazing, I asked if they could send me a specific pattern for a product I ordered to help out beginners that I could print at home, and they answered quickly, shipped me what I needed X 2, and sent me an example.
