I was going to reorder but with about 23% shipping that is just too much to eat and still make a profit. Problem is these companies with high shipping they won't combine boxes into a master carton to save on shipping for us. They just send individual boxes with one product in them. Great product!

They accidently shipped the wrong color butter crocks. They quickly responded to my request to exchange and handled the return and replacement efficiently.

Immediately sent note to Kook and to Faire that we do not accept items that are on AMAZON & charged in most cases the price that was being sold for on AMAZON...no margin for us to sell. Our shop is known for quality items that are not readily available at lower prices especially on AMAZON. A 600lb pallet arrived & was dropped in front of our store blocking sidewalk & restaurant next door on a Fri. No notification, not signed for, picked up by Kook Shipping Co 3 days later. Return a nightmare.
