Crested Moon Necklace
The pendant, chain and clasp did not match in color. The pendant was brass, the chain a copper and the clasp a bright gold. On other necklaces, the extension pieces didn't match the chain or class and it looked mismatched and cheap. We mentioned the issue to the brand and she disputed it saying this is how they were supposed to be made. So unfortunate because will we not buy them again.
