Wholesale Fiery Jerk

We have been cooking jerk chicken for years.  We always knew that a jerk spice blend would be on our list of offerings but the search for the perfect ingredients for the blend took time.  True to a typical jerk we wanted to use habanero (scotch bonnet) chili as a source of heat and flavor for our blend as well as warm spices such as pepper, allspice, ginger, nutmeg, and clove as well as fresh aromatic herbs and alliums.  This blend is bursting with flavor perfect for chicken, pork, or vegetables.  This blend goes beyond a mild heat level and packs a punch of medium to high on the heat scale. Ingredients: granulated garlic, granulated onion, kosher salt, brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, ground ginger, lime juice powder, allspice, nutmeg, dried orange peel, cloves, thyme, ground habanero pepper.
