Vadouvan curry is an aromatic blend of spices that is a french derivative of a more traditional indian curry.  The spiva cooking blend takes the typical ingredients found in a vadouvan curry but it is taken to the next level with traditional indian chiles, as well as freshly ground spices.  This blend is perfect for seafood, chicken, rice, and lamb.
