Description
This sunny yellow flower is considered a weed, yet it’s prized throughout the world for its herbal medicinal properties. St. John’s Wort may help promote a healthy, balanced emotional state. Best known for its anti-viral and anti-depression effects. Ingredients: Organic Saint John’s Wort Herb. Cut & Sift. (Hypericum perforatum). 2 oz. Loose Herbs Suggested Uses: Add to soups, cooking, smoothies, baths, etc. Infuse in water or olive oil. For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp. of herbs. Steep 3-4 min. WARNING: Do not use this product while taking any prescription drug(s) without the advice of your prescribing physician. St. John's Wort should not be used during phototherapy (laser or ultraviolet). Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight when using this product. Certified USDA Organic, Caffeine free.
