Description
From Native American healers to Europe and Asia, willow bark has been used in traditional herbalism and is a mainstay in the temporary alleviation of aches and pains. 2 oz. Loose Herbs. Suggested Uses: Add to soups, cooking, smoothies, baths, etc. Infuse in water or olive oil. For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp. of herbs. Steep 3-4 min. Certified USDA Organic. Precaution: Do not use if allergic or sensitive to aspirin or other salicylate-containing drugs. Do not administer to children or adolescents with viral infections due to the possibility of Reye's syndrome. Use in persons with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency is cautioned.
