Half of my order shipped promptly (within a week of ordering) while the other half did not ship for a month. I had to contact customer service about the second shipment but they contacted the supplier and got my items to ship within a few days. Products look great though!

We ordered five different colors of reindeer moss, and they are absolutely gorgeous. Given how much we’re using, it was great to be able to buy in bulk at reasonable prices. The turnaround was incredibly fast, and we received our order much sooner than expected. Overall, a fantastic experience!
