Great packaging. It had an info card on why the moss was dry, very helpful.

Everything was great but, I would suggest letting the customer know the product comes loose in a cardboard box. My shop is located in an extremely dry climate so after sitting in a hot, dry delivery van the moss was pretty dry. It definitely wouldn't have survived if there had been a delay in the shipping process.
