The shoes are beautiful and the shipping speed is decent. I ordered a-pre pack sizes 6-10 and received sizes 7-11. I reached out and sent a message. They asked for a picture of the box which I had already thrown away. I sent a picture of the boxed shoes instead. Clearly showing all sizes. I never received another response. I wasn’t sure if it was a mistake or if that pre pack wasn’t available and another was sent in its place without notification. Still not sure. Still don’t need size 111.

The length of the shoe is about 1/2 inch too short so your heel hangs out the back and the toe area is very narrow. The picture makes them look better than they are in person. They are not returnable.
