I ordered two different sets of shoes and both have completely come undone from the outside of the thick white part around the bottom of the shoe. I have messaged multiple times with no communication back. These shoes have been worn once or twice and are ruined. I grabbed some shoes I still have, checked the side and they are doing the same thing. I really would like to talk to someone about this.

The length of the shoe is about 1/2 inch too short so your heel hangs out the back and the toe area is very narrow. The picture makes them look better than they are in person and they are not returnable.
