Planes of deep blues, greens, and reds, suggestive perhaps of buildings. And central picture the idea of a pigeon-aircraft, taillight visible, wheels seemingly about to make contact. But the whole is strikingly attractive, with such depth of colour. And the designs zigzagging across the body of the bird-plane recall mid-century modern textile motifs.
