About Bookroom Art Press

Hello from the Bookroom Art Press – publishers of fine art limited edition prints. What’s in a name? The Bookroom Art Press was started in the basement of our bookshop in Brighton, on the south coast of England. We called this basement ‘The Bookroom’ because we used it to store our excess book stock. ‘The Press’ – as it has come to be called – is now housed in a Regency building just up from Brighton’s shingle beach and a minute’s walk from the famous Palace Pier. We specialise in the publication of work by linocut artists of the British Grosvenor School; paintings of the Neo-Romantic School; the woodcut work of the American Provincetown Printers and work from established and contemporary artists on both sides of the Atlantic.
