Description
This Chinese matcha is produced by Kong Zhong Ming from Pan'an, Zhejiang, China, produced on May 16, 2025 using Dragon Well #43 cultivar. It was produced by adhering to the modern matcha production method: tea bushes were shaded for 26 days before harvest. Then the harvested leaves were meticulously de-stemmed and stone-milled. This tea has a stunning flavor profile of pomelo, chestnut, and white flower. Best enjoyed within a year from production.
