Country Ham Breakfast Steaks are taken from the hock-end of the Ham, resulting in a very tender cut. They will smell wonderful cooking in the kitchen, and are fantastic on the grill too! Pair these steaks with our Original BBQ Sauce on the grill for a delicious flavor explosion! Packages are vacuumed sealed & freeze beautifully. 4-6 servings per 10 oz. package. Do Not Be Alarmed If Your Products Arrive Warm. Broadbent Uncooked Country Ham is Salt-Cured and does not require refrigeration. To achieve the ultimate quality and shelf life of the product, we recommend refrigerating this product for up to 6 months. This product is also freezable for up to 12 months. All products are USDA inspected daily, and meet all USDA shipping requirements for safety.

We have always sold cured pork products. Had customers interested in cleaner ingredient companies and we found Broadbent. They did not disappoint! These are flying off our shelves. And… made the tastiest lentil soup I’ve ever made with their bone in ham.

INEDIBLE WITH SALT, TURNED TO LEATHER AFTER A 3 SECOND HEAT, WATER RAN OUT OF THEM. I SENT THEM IN GIFT BASKETS AND THEY CARRIED MY NAME AND IM HORRIIFIED. I HARDLY BELIEVE THESE ARE REMOTELY "HEALTHY' TO EAT, WE COULD NOT CUT THEM OR CHEW THEM. THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE THAN IF YOU ATE PURE SALT. THEY WERE FULL OF FAT ALSO. WOULDNT RECOMEND FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION EVER!
