Chunky Arch Dangle Earrings - Drop Design
I was really excited when I ordered these, but was very disappointed when they arrived. There was hot glue everywhere (big blobs of it on back and some on front of a few pairs), chunks of clay missing from some pairs, discoloration/specs of lint on a lot of the pairs. There were also a lot that were not included. I was told I would be personally venmoed for the missing pairs and was not told until after the earrings had already shipped. Not pleased with this vendor at all.

While the earrings themselves were beautiful, my experience with customer service was less than ideal. The earrings were shipped much later than the date predicted by Faire. I was given an expected shipping date, but the earrings didn’t ship on time. After that the owner stopped responding to my messages.It's disappointing when you're excited about a product but feel left in the dark about something as simple as shipping info. I would have appreciated better communication throughout the process.
