Products are great. The lack of communication by the company brings them down to 2 stars. We still haven’t received our whole order, or have any idea on when we will receive it, even after multiple attempts to contact the company requesting any sort of status update.

Unfortunately, one of the worse buying experiences I've had on Faire. The products have so much potential, but the communication and timely processing/shipping has been terrible. My order finally shipped out somewhere around 5 weeks late, in which I got one single reply from the seller despite my numerous attempts to reach out for an update.

I placed an order and never came, messaged them and never responded. I placed an order back in July and the same thing happened and finally like 2 months later received the product. Cute jars but would advise ordering elsewhere.

The shipping time listed is inaccurate. Took over 30 days to receive our order. So take that into consideration. Once received, the product is exactly as described. Our customers love these jars. They sell very quickly. They are fun and cute.
