They didn't fulfill our preorder and cancelled it without communicating anything to us. They don't respond to messages at all. They seem to be trying to capitalize on the squish trend and don't give a sh** about your shop or maintaining a healthy relationship with retailers. I'm done with Orb Toys after this. I had several thousand dollars in my cart that I will now be deleting and spending my $$ elsewhere.
