The products themselves deserve more stars, but the customer service ruins it. We order through both their website and Faire and they remove items from orders without any notification. Calls and messages are ignored and when you finally reach someone, they have no answers, they are not nice and there’s no way to contact the person handling your account. Spending thousands with a company shouldn’t mean chasing basic communication. Extremely disappointing.
