Horrible experience with this brand. Before ordering I confirmed they could provide shipping quotes or work with our freight forwarder. I was told they could accommodate this. Immediately after ordering they refused to help or work with us on shipping. I requested cancellation within 24 hours and was refused, even though ship date was 3 months away. Shipping ended up costing 3x what our freight forwarder would have charged and took a month. Very disappointing, would not recommend this brand.
