This organic taccole from Giadzy is a shape we’ve never seen anywhere in the U.S., one that’s only produced by a handful of Italian pasta makers. With a ridged center and ruffled edges similar to those commonly seen on American lasagna sheets, the medium-sized squares are a textural delight. Love the packaging and the product, but with the wholesale price being so close to the retail price, and the relatively high shipping costs I'm forced to either make a very small profit margin, or gouge my customers. This is my second order and I feel like free shipping is the only thing that would persuade me to re-order. Just not a good investment in shelf space with such low margins.
