Welsh Cakes have a shelf life of 7-10 days. We recommend keeping them in the freezer and taking a few out at a time as needed. They can be warmed in the microwave 10 seconds or wrapped in foil and toasted to warm. This preserves the integrity of the cakes and saves waste.
