I love this product! Beautiful packaging, nice feel, and product product value. But the shipping costs are really painful. I know shipping casts are rising, but shipping approaches 30% and kills your margin. All manufacturers need to find ways to cover shipping or raise MSRP so small businesses aren't undercut by large retailers.
