Had a lot of trouble with my items being delivered. First package was lost. BeginAgain was quick to respond and ship new items out. Second package was delivered to the wrong address and I could not locate it anywhere. Again, they were quick to respond. Even though I cannot rate the quality of the products since I never received them, I do rate their customer service five stars. Thanks!!
