Primo Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from 100% Tonda Iblei olives. The olive are harvested by hand in November and pressed within 6 hours of picking to preserve their amazing fresh flavor. This fruity oil has notes of green tomato leaves and aromatic fresh herbs.
